Terms of use for Código Claro
These terms describe how this site may be used and what limits apply to the information we publish about Python and web development courses. By browsing or submitting an inquiry, you accept what is set out below. If something does not match what you need, write to us before continuing.
Purpose of the site and scope of the information
Código Claro publishes informational content about programming training: Python fundamentals, coding practice, web applications, Django, Flask, databases, automation, and hands-on projects. The information for each course is presented with its syllabus and study criteria, but it does not constitute a binding contractual offer or a guarantee of employment outcomes, income, or professional placement. Content may be updated to reflect improvements to the training path.
Permitted use and visitor conduct
You may read, consult, and share the materials for your personal learning. It is not permitted to copy complete sections for commercial purposes, attempt to alter how the site works, introduce malicious code, or use the contact channels to send messages unrelated to the purpose of the courses. Impersonating another person when completing a form is also not allowed.
Inquiries, data, and consent
The contact form stores the data you submit (name, email, optional phone number, course of interest, and message) for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. Submitting requires that you expressly check the authorization for processing; without that consent, the message is not stored. Details of what we store and how to request deletion are in the privacy policy. We do not promise a response time or the availability of places.
Limitation of liability
The study of programming depends on time, practice, and each person's decisions. We are not responsible for interpretations made of the content beyond its educational nature, nor for the use you make of the code examples in your own projects. We also do not answer for technical interruptions beyond our control that affect access to the site.
Intellectual property
The texts, explanations, and teaching materials published belong to Código Claro or are used with authorization. You may cite them mentioning the source, but you may not reproduce them in full or present them as your own. The trademarks and names of third parties that appear in examples belong to their respective owners.
Changes and termination of access
We may modify these terms when the operation of the site or applicable regulations change. The current version is the one published on this page. We reserve the right to restrict access to those who breach these rules, without prejudice to any actions that may apply. Continued use after an update implies acceptance of the new version.
