Código Claro

Privacy: what data is stored and how to request its deletion

This page explains, in concrete terms, what happens when someone submits an inquiry about Código Claro courses and what options they have afterward. It does not describe features the site does not offer: there are no user accounts, no automatic email sending, and no advertising tracking.

  1. Data received in the inquiry form

The form on the contact page asks for name, email address, course of interest, and consent to processing. Phone and message are optional. These fields are used to identify the person, know which program interests them, and be able to respond to their inquiry. No sensitive data or payment information is requested.

  2. What they are used for and who has access

The sole purpose is to respond to the inquiry submitted. The submission passes through a processor on the same site that validates consent and stores the fields in private storage accessed by the team responsible for Código Claro. There is no automatic delivery to email services or commercial management platforms, and the data is not sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

  3. Consent and time of recording

The authorization checkbox is not checked by default. If it is not checked, the inquiry is not stored. Along with the consent, the date and time of submission, the page language, and the form identifier are recorded, so that there is a record of when permission was granted. This consent is independent of the cookie decision and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the published contacts.

  4. Cookies and local storage

The site uses only the browser's own local storage to remember whether the person accepted or rejected the cookie notice. That value remains until the browser information is cleared. No measurement, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Rejecting the notice does not block the form and does not imply acceptance of the processing of the data that is sent.

  5. External resources and server logs

The site's build may rely on style libraries, animations, fonts, or maps served by other providers. Those resources require a connection to their servers and may expose technical connection data, such as the IP address. These are not analytics tools or advertising pixels. The hosting log configuration is not under the team's control, and it is not claimed that they are disabled.

  6. Rights regarding personal data

Any person may request access to the information stored about them, request its correction, request its deletion, or withdraw consent. They may also request a copy in a readable format to transfer it to another controller. Deletion is carried out manually by the site controller, since there is no automated process. These requests are handled through the contact channels published below. Where applicable data protection legislation so requires, the rights recognized by the General Data Protection Regulation and by California privacy law are respected.

  7. Privacy inquiries

To exercise these rights or to resolve questions about processing, you can write to support@rajeshmiglani.com or call +54 351 437-9439. The controller's postal address is Av. Colón 530, X5000 Córdoba, Argentina. It is helpful to indicate in the message which data you wish to inquire about or delete to make the search easier.
